ChainCatcher 消息，美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）代理主席 Caroline D. Pham 宣布了全球市場諮詢委員會（Global Markets Advisory Committee, GMAC）及其下屬小組的新成員。摩根大通市場數位資產主管、董事總經理 Scott Lucas 被任命為 GMAC 數位資產市場小組聯合主席，與富蘭克林邓普頓執行副總裁 Sandy Kaul 共同擔任。
